Shipping Methods & Rates

Free Standard Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 3-7 business days
  • Cost: Free on all orders
  • Availability: Shipping is available only within the contiguous United States

 

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii

  • Delivery Time: 5-10 business days
  • Cost: Additional fees apply and will be calculated at checkout
  • Note: Due to distance and carrier availability, delivery times may vary

Note: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, not the date of order.

Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and another when it is shipped.

Shipping Areas

  • Domestic Shipping: We currently ship only to the 48 contiguous United States.
  • Restrictions: We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.

Tracking Your Order

  • Tracking Number: Provided via email once your order has shipped.
  • Real-Time Updates: Access live tracking to monitor your package's progress.
  • Delivery Notifications: Opt-in for text or email alerts for delivery updates.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • Delays: If your shipment is delayed, please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed.
  • Lost Packages: If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will replace or refund your order.
  • Incorrect Addresses: We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
